Stretching and building leg, arm, and ab muscle. But if you really want good jumps, I suggest ankle weights or resistance bands. (I prefer the resistance bands because they snap your legs back together and help land the jumps)
You can have nice jumps if you practice hard enough, though. But it may take longer if you don't have the muscle. That's why I suggested the ankle weights and bands, cause they help build the muscle you need :)

WOW!! Your jumps is perfect! When I do the toe touch, I cant really get hem that high, and I have problems landing them..! Do I do something wrong or do I just need more practice? I know the rules that it is the *stomach* who is the key to a nice toe touch, and that we bring our legs to our hands, not our hands to the legs, but I just CANT GET A NICE TOE TOUCH! =((( I,ve got a really painful inflammation or something in the inner thighs though....=(
Anyways, could you give me some edvices? =))

dang! i hate the double nine though. not just when you do it i hate the jump period its so ugly. and your herkie was sooo good!!!

thank you everybody! i am soon gunna put up a current video of all my jumps and does anybody have and ideas for like sequences besides the normal double toetouch and toetouch herkie thank you again!

thanks. i just practice alot!! and a double 9 is when one arm is punching out and the other arms fist is touching your elbokinda making a box and your legs are doing the same thing. its very confusing.
