thinking if you place a towel or foam under the spot where babies' bottom goes, you'll have a less severe angle for the head. let me know if that works! otherwise just do sponge baths until you feel baby has the head control to lie back like my little guy in the video. love puj from 2-6 months of age or so. After they are sitting I move babe to the tub with a non skid mat so they can splash and play a bit more. :) congrats! check out MyMommyManual (dot) com for more baby care tips!

we just bought this product. We have not used it yet,but have test fitted it to both our kitchen sink and bathroom sink. My concern is the angle of the back for out little girl is too upright. Any secrets to positioning of the seat?
