@xXWarTuberXx A train's braking system is modular, which means that certain units can be disconnected from one another. If an engineer / conductor is following proper operating rules, he will assure all brakes are connected before moving the train. However, the guy in charge of switching 777 is NOT following the rules, even leaving the cab to throw a switch when he is supposed to stop. All it took was the throttle vibrating open (actually quite common) and 777 becomes a runaway.
