I agree with you in a way as they had already downed him in 10 man so they 100% knew something was bugging out the encounter in 25 man when comparing the fight.
I dont agree with them getting the suspension, in my eyes it is not their fault. You are not going to stop using a bug as plenty of other guilds out there are racing to down lich king, and probably going to use this bug aswell. Blizzard should get their act together, test their shit and stop suspending people for their own mistakes.

Kungen didnt cheat at lich king it was a rouge that had saronite bombs in his normal routation that bugged it all up. k it was cheat but not on prps!
