Before Kate and Jack crashed on the island they were once engaged, after a while on the island she meets Sawyer and falls head over heels... unfortunatly for Jack. Kate starts to have second thoughts as life becomes unbareable without Jack and begins resenting the crash, sadly she cant take away the pain she caused jack and has to live with her mistakes... even though her heart doesnt belong to Sawyer.
