http://www.doyogawithme.com/ Do Yoga With Me. If you have tight lats, this is one of the best stretches to loosen them up, since it combines extension with outer rotation of the arm. Practice this one if you're having trouble doing headstand or getting your arms above your head in Warrior I, Warrior III or others where you raise your arms.
