ARRESTS MADE IN OAKVILLE HOMICIDE

ARRESTS MADE IN OAKVILLE HOMICIDE.

The Halton Regional Police Service is now treating the incident as a Homicide.

Two men have been arrested and charged in relation to the incident:

1. Nazir AKBARI, 18 YRS, Oakville - Charged with Second degree murder

2. Angar LANGER, 18 yrs, Oakville - Charged with Accessory after fact to murder

Both men will make a court appearance on Monday January 24th at 9:30 am at Milton Court.

The victim has been identified as Christopher STAIRS, 31 yrs, from Oakville.




A postmortem determined the victim died as a result of stab wounds.
