No - the location in these videos is wide open BLM land just outside the Tohono O'odham Reservation. The areas you are referring to are Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument and portions of the Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge. In both cases, the risk posed by continuing drug and human smuggling is considered too great to permit U.S. citizens to enter. These areas are now effectively Mexican territory - just as this smuggling corridor seems to be.

This is unbelievable! Can you imagin how many have crossed our borders like this in the last decdade??Where is the mighty homeland security? Who know who is crossing into our country! Where is our president, protecting our country? Not Iraq, not Pakistan, not Iran.No who is protecting our country? Where is all these big shot, high pay experts? Busy flying to the mideast via Paris I'm sure!
