I thought I would try something a little different. This was an idea going on in my head for a while so I started searching for some creationist videos that Twilight could react to. Once I saw this one that dissed Sir David Attenborough, I just had to use it. This is actually my second time making this video because the first time I was trying to edit it again but accidentally erased it somehow. I think that might have been a good thing though, since I think this version is much better and I paid closer attention to whether the reactions fit well enough.

Here's the link to the original video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w7JjTmAG5bg

I apologize for all the jump cuts but this guy was extremely dry and boring, and you want to see more of Twilight than him, don't you?

A lot of the clips I used were downloaded from Kyrospawn's channel ( http://www.youtube.com/user/kyrospawn ) and some of them I cut myself.

Anyway, tell me what you think of the video and if you'd like to see more like this, either with Twilight or the other ponies.

  • To be honest, I think including the Twilight tracks is a great way to assimilate pony subscribers to enjoy your other videos. I'm not very knowledgeable about this kind of Creationist vs. Evolution thing, but the reactions helped me understand it better. :)

Great videos, man, as I've already said a billion times already tonight!

  • @XWillProductionsX Thanks! And I'd like to do more videos like this, possibly reacting to different things other than creationists.

  • It's not evolutions fault that he did'nt know to let his apple gain experience points first.

  • @HyakkoShachi He needs to shuffle around in the tall grass a bit more

  • Nice brwnage! Ha ha ha...I'm funny.

  • @XandarsMeteor Wtf?! I didn't get the notification for this comment... weird... but thanks!

  • @jake11124 "America is highly unlikely to become a theocracy"

I honestly believe it is also highly unlikely that America would become a theocracy however if Christians were to follow the dangerous teachings of the old testament the same way the Muslims do in Islam, then it would be more likely that Christians would be far more dangerous and attempt to gain strong political power to further their own agenda.

  • @jake11124 There are many spelling and grammatical errors in this. I would like to apologize for that.

  • @AkumaADemoncus I believe in this case that you are stereo typing and are, to an extent, misinformed. First, America is highly unlikely to become a theocracy, or even have religions with large amounts of power. America was a religious haven since just after its inception. It is too diverse for one group to take religious power. Second, There have been time where Christians WERE that extreme, ie the crusades, the inquisition, ect. All religions CAN be used as a weapon but they are not meant to be

  • @AkumaADemoncus When I meant that in the way that they are broad Ideas and There aren't specifics to poke holes in like in most organised religions. Forgive me for not clarifying be the character limit on youtube cause my response to be extremely condensed and simplified.

  • @jake11124 "Religion should in fact not be banned" The only reason why dangerous religions are tolerated in the western world is because it is cherry picked, do you have any idea what would happen if Christians took the old testament as seriously as those in the middle east that follow the teachings of Islam. What if Christians were to use the bible to justify the systematic slaughter of people who do not follow their religion?

    Imagine America as a theocracy.

  • @jake11124 "also other religions that are perfectly moderate and at this point in time can't be completely debunked by science." The issue with such a statement is because the idea of god is impossible to prove or disprove. Using science I'd have just as much of a chance disproving the concept that we are all brains in jars hooked to machines creating a false sense of reality. The idea cannot be tested therefore it can't be disproven however it is very unlikely that it is true.

  • @40lbsofrape part 2. I myself am Agnostic, and there are also other religions that are perfectly moderate and at this point in time can't be completely debunked by science. Also don't point fingers at Christians for "stating" Antisemitism. Fist of all it was around earlier, at least in Roman times. Second, while increased in that time it was by the LEADERS of the Roman Catholic Church, not all Christians. It was a way of converting more people to Catholosim and increasing the church's power.

  • @40lbsofrape Religion should in fact not be banned. Freedom of speech is important and being able to believe in a religion is an extension of that. While I agree that many religions are used as a tool for exploiting people so are many other things i.e. a fork could be used to kill someone but it is also important. There is no reason to be strait up anti-religious. Religions have been important in helping people at many times. I do agree that they are, for the most part outdated.

  • Hey hey now even if this guy is a creationist, and even if much of you disagree with what he's saying we should love and TOLERATE his opinion. truthfully you can't prove or disprove creationism, and no idea can be counted out just because it sounds absurd.

  • And that is why all religions should be banned. It's not about freedom of speech or any other crap, we have to protect people like this *#%§$ßµ!~ and other grown up adults from believing in fairy tales!

Also, as a German and an anti-religious person I find it really offensive that this "scientist" compares Evolutionists to Nazis. Most of you oh so merciful Christians tend to forget (willingly?) is that you where the ones who started the whole Anti-Semitism thing bacj in the middle ages.
