Apparently you can do whatever you want. I wish I had enough money to buy that PRS. Tho, it must be embarassing when someone schools you on your own 5000 dollar guitar. It probably makes you wonder if you deserve such an instrument. I hope you keep it at home and don't let anyone else play it.

I'm not embarrassed in the least and I have a great time taking my "expensive" guitars out and gigging them as well as letting anyone else play them. If you have an issue with me only playing 3 chords for this particular song, take it up with Rush, it's their three chords that they wrote for the song. You've just shown yourself to be the true jerk that you are.
