  • Sorry for the late reply. I don't check my video comments much. The school was a great experience. So much fun. I would choose this school hands down over those pretentious big name bullshit schools. We nearly kicked their ass in the cooking competition. You get what you put into it. Make sure you sign up and attend as many cooking events as you can. do EVERY extracurricular event, you'll get to meet a sh*tload of chefs who will offer you a job if you work hard.  attend the citymeals evnt.

  • soooo sorry for the late reply. i rarely check the comments on my vids. i don't really know much about the Pastry section (I was enrolled in Savory), but Chef Scott (Pastry) was really knowledgeable and fun to work with.
