This video explores a review of using the 3 basic releasing questions of the Sedona Method using different styles or ways to release. Learning these different approaches to the same Sedona Method is helpful to enlarge your releasing toolkit. Part 1 of 2.
@kidusd In other words, use the supports that you feel you need, and not what another tries to impress you to need. If it is real to you that you have need of nothing, then that is true for you. On the other hand if it is your reality that you need some other's help, that is also true for you. Don't worry, one always finds the right balance between solo DIY and facilitated DIY.

@stevennewton08 So helping people move throughout a city by charging them 3 dollars to ride a bus and pay for the gas and bus driver, is wrong? You're paying for a service that helps you.
I bought "The Sedona Method",(a book that has helped me more than any psychologist, any teacher, and politician, yet people still pay money towards those people) for 17 dollars.

@stevennewton08 I've got news for you, Steven. Money doesn't "prey on people". Did you just make that up? I have more news for you! The Sedona Method is indeed available for *FREE* to everyone who is cunning enough to obtain a library card and take the time to borrow the book of the same name and actually DO the method... not just read about it. If you are willing to make the effort to change your life, you can have what you want. It is all there... for *FREE*.

I have been using this method with a difficult problem I have. I have a couple questions; When I "cycle through" the three questions, how long will I be spending on each question? Will the problem "come back" after I have done the questioning work? See, when I'm worried by the problem, I have been doing the cycles as fast as once every ten seconds. Seems to work, but the problem re-occurs. I repeat, and get some peace.

@poonanipancakes No. Anything that is layered in your mind is just artificial. When you release anything you're always letting go of layers to reveal your true self which is limitless(Sounds like bullshit until you experience it yourself and enjoy the wonderful peace and tranquility that comes when you true self is revealed). Underneath all thoughts and feelings is this amazing happiness and joy that results in correct effortless action and wonderful gains.

@gilbertcorrea57 You don't "Let go of your goal", you let go of the attachments(Things pushing you towards it) to your goal and your aversions(Things pushing you away) to your goal. These conflicting thoughts and feelings hold you in limbo. You might be too attached and act in a desperate way. Or you might have a strong aversion(lets say fear) that pushes you away from doing the exact thing you need to get your goal. When you let go of these blockages, you act correctly and achieve your goal.

What is it exactly that the video means by "letting go of your goal?" does that mean to let go of the goal? Doesn't that contradict "The Secret?"
