I actually made this one for a project in 2006, but it's kind of interesting. It explains the Bill of Rights in the US Constitution with my characters! I didn't make this one with AnnelidPathogen. I made this with someone else. It's not the best quality, but it gets the point across (hopefully)

How long of a frame do you like? I use 0.125 secs for the normal fps on WMM. If you want to get an ultra-smooth 16 fps, use the "speed up,double" effect. I'll see what else you can use to get different frame rates.

Really? thats what I use too.

But I'd like to get something else to edit mine because windows movie maker doesn't allow me to make the frames as short as I'd like
