This training session is necessarily supposed to be very hard its supposed to train you to use those muscles in your body when you need to. I could work out casually and still become very muscular... every movement you makes singles things in the brain to help you make it easier the next time and it helps train your body.
i work out there, this particular circuit isnt hard. i do a 45 as well, this one isnt hard. we do SEVERAL circuits in a row before and after so it does gradually get tougher, but u r right
