@amber1980ful @ausendundeinenacht
There's no copyright in the live performance of a joke. Yes, it's plagiarism, but that doesn't always make it unauthorised use of copyright. A published gag or scripted performance (the script itself or the actual piece of video) could be copyrighted. So sometimes they are, sometimes they aren't. Stand-up has historically involved a lot of joke theft, and a copyright claim over the live performance of "someone else's" material wouldn't get very far.

You know what I absolutely love about watching videos on YT? It's warm feeling I get just knowing that some tossers will be arguing of things pointless instead of enjoying the video posted here for our viewing pleasure!

@almightyjass if you listen to seven day sunday on five live, he is genuinely hilarious, and its all spur of the moment stuff.

Which one? There's two of em at it now.

Telling jokes as if you had the idea for them is just not original. What exactly is 'wrong side of the bed' about telling you that? Anyway, you started the arsey behaviour in the first place, getting all wound up because someone said in fewer words, the same thing that I am now. So um, grow up. That's my advice, please take it.
