Several days back I discovered Nvidia's "How To Unlock Rage's High Resolution Textures With A Few Simple Tweaks" article. Due to the high amount of users (including me) complaining about RAGE's pop-in texture bug, I decided to apply what I learned from that article into MINIMIZING my visual settings in order to combat the texture anisotropy bug in RAGE. I recorded the result of what would be a RAGE tweak guide for players with low-end machines.
@moad Haha! I did? You and Swordfurrow were two of my oldest subscribers so I really can't remember. However, not meaning to be a fanboy but I do warn friends about Catalyst not having individual 3D profiles some years back. I don't know if they've since fixed it but about 3-6 years ago (can't remember) I had a headache tweaking individual games for my cousin who had an ATI card. I love ATI's lower prices though.

@moad: Dang. Ya, a lot of gamers still have problems with RAGE. Just making sure but have you met the game's minimum requirements?
Just a recent discovery: because upping ANY setting before I applied my tweaks resulted in the game devolving into a stuttering mess, I was loath to up Texture Cache to HIGH and AA to 2x. I just discovered though that after the tweaks I could set the aforementioned to those values. Game is very smooth now.
