But my advice would be to attempt to upload in MKV format. Although the video may occasionally suffer audio sync problems, if the video uploads perfectly. Then MKV colour and sound is un-parrellel to any other format I've ever uploaded.

Is this transcoded to H.264 or just straight FLV?

I've uploaded Straight to youtube to see how High-Definition and to see how good youtubes ability to convert to HD actually is.

And from what I've seen WMV-HD is the best and error free upload format.

AVI, h.264(and MOV) and MKV all also show up as HD quality videos, but they usually have sync or colouring problems in the end.

what program did you use to render it ? i have an HD sample video too that i added and i rendered it with Sony Vegas 8 ... it looks pretty good!
