Last decade I called "Over 'Fore It Started" by The Caesars (they were "Caesar's Palace" when they released the song) as the No. 1 power pop song (it SHOULD HAVE been a No. 1 all over). This decade? Right here! Best damn song anyone released in 2011 and no one will come close in 2012 either. Oh but LMFAO can hit the top of the charts with their CRAP right?
