  • what happens with the source of their negative thoughts?

  • This therapy seems very helpful because many people spend lots of energy on negative thoughts and actually it affects other aspects of their lifes. There is more information on related topics at Symposier site available for physicians.

  • Clare Mann, the myth buster. I have read her works, she is so practical and helpful, I could hardly believe that I was reading the work a psychologist. Great material here.
