  • what is wrong with a freezer that is keeping the meat solid, but the ice cream and

    breads soft?

  • @mstein100

hello if you have a rsh1 , it could be that freezer has made to much ice stopping fan from circulating properly - best thing to try if you can is to switch appliance off for 24hours - letting excess ice melt ..

let me know how you get on

  • Hi, I have an RSH1 and the freezer won't drop below 10c and the fridge 7c it's been on all day an slowly crept up to 12c in freezer and 9c in fridge before I turned it off. Any ideas what's wrong with it? I bought it with 6month warranty on it and only had it two days and would like to know what parts I need incase the seller tries to do a quick fix on it! Thanks
