The very fact that Capitol Steps consists of former members of the Government is reason enough to keep me away. Proof positive that government isn't funny. We need to stop LAUGHING AT government and start OVERTHROWING IT more often.

My mother tried to invite me to a Capitol Steps show several years back, and I bluntly told her that I would rather clean truck-stop restrooms with my tongue than attend a Capitol Steps show. Catholic funerals are funnier than this crud.

It's like they took a Mark Russell song and dumbed it down, but that's what makes it great, I suppose. I LOVE really shitty music which makes fun of politics yet offers no solutions. They are topical masterminds, and they make fun of one of the stupidest systems in the world for an audience of some of the stupidest people, myself included, in the world. Thanks, Capitol Steps! Thanks for being completely unoriginal and for wasting effort that could have been used for killing yourselves.
