The panel clamp can be used for other uses in addition to making a panel. One use is to clamp a frame in which the top side and bottom side extend to the corners. Pipe clamps with #56 Pony clamps are used to clamp the frame in a horizontal direction to clamp the sides of the frame. Pipe clamps with #50 Pony clamps are used to clamp the frame to the bottom section in a vertical direction to insure that the frame will be flat.
