The Carol Stream Historical Society held a "Market Place" event at the Historic Farmhouse on Lies Road in Carol Stream IL. There were crafters, a used book sale, facepainting for the kids, refreshments sold and free tours of the home. The Historic Farmhouse is owned by the Village of Carol Stream and can be rented for showers, meetings, reunions, etc. It's an 1870's italianate styled home.
