I find those handles, levers or whatever they are called to be quite distracting.

@Jvizzlezz well your half right. cardio is the most important part to fat loss BUT working out your muscles actually greatly helps boost metabolism and burns a lot calories if you do high reps with lower weights and limited breaks.
