Hot Potatoes - Embedding 2A - Sound 1

This video explains how to embed sound into Hot Potatoes quizzes and how to upload and add them to a Moodle course.

Step 1. Make a folder for your quiz.
2. Place the following in that folder
•your mp3 sound file (make sure there are no spaces in the name of your file if_you_need_spaces_then_use_the _underscore)
•the mp3 player (hbs_mp3_player2_1px_narrow_slider.swf)
•and save the Hot Potatoes Quiz there as well.
Step 3. Copy and paste this code (between the === lines) directly into your Hot Potatoes Quiz "reading text" page or question (or answer)
Step 4. Replace the ""your_audio_file" with the name of your mp3 file

When you upload this to Moodle, zip up the folder and upload, then unzip.
Then add a Hot Potatoes Quiz in the normal way.
