Federer forehand analysis by Jason Goodall

sidenote watch out for the closed (slightly facing the court) racket face, most of the times it is perpendicular to the court

also good to see are the 5 key points of every gorund stroke

1.) unit turn aka pivot & shoulder turn
2.) racket take back
3.) swing to contact
4.) follow through
5.) continuous swing path, capital "C" motion

detailed explaination of those 5 points at Fuzzy Yellow Balls http://www.youtube.com/user/FYB2007 here on youtube, or in short on the Aaron Krickstein video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P3vnlPtt2GE posted here previously (some stuff also in the Bollettieri Agassi against the wall http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QHbatpT1Fy0 video)
