Bobby Hester Interview Excerpt:

"She found out that it was something that she could try, and after she tried it, it made a great difference for Joey. That's what this whole thing is about, it is about Joey having a better quality of life."

"In the beginning I was kind of hesitant, but now that I see his development, he wasn't even making sounds when he was growing, but now that she has tried the medical marijuana, he is making sounds, he is developing almost normally.
This is the same kid that wouldn't say a word or hold any contact with me, and now he does. And now he reacts to verbal commands, which I didn't see him do prior to medical marijuana.
I think parents should not be afraid to try something to help their kids, if you really love your kids (pause).... if you really love your kids.... you will go out of your way to at least research and try to find out something that is going to help them. That's the bottom line, helping your kid."

  • Thank you so much for sharing your story with all of us. I truly believe that a lot of people could be helped with this incredible plant.

    amen..

  • 3:04 -3:13 is the grand daddy purps in full effect. :) glad to know joey is progessing alot more due to medical marijuana have you heard the word? legalize herb!

  • As someone with asperger's I can say that marijuana has helped TREMENDOUSLY with my life. I wish I had gotten it through a doctor and in a medicinal state, since I was exposed to so much because of prohibition. Unfortunately my mother blames so much on cannabis instead of looking at the real issues I had during JrHigh-High School, that she won't even take 2 hours to educate herself on the subject.

This is a great video and I think people should be made aware of how much this can help autistics

  • You could try it and it would most likely help him, just use a super small amount to begin with and don't tell anyone.

  • woooo! go family!

  • At first I was like WTF? But as I watched this and realized the effects of this treatment. I found myself understanding and seeing the views making total sense. My son has autism, and he's only 3 so I would never try it now, but under medical supervision I would be willing to try it later.

  • Legalize the Cure, End Prohibition of Marijuana, Stop the stupid DrugWar

  • yes

  • Really good coverage, beautiful video. Love & Nature heals, who would have guessed? :o) The ways of the world can make us lose sight of that, thank goodness for the things that lift us up and open our eyes, One Love! ♥
