These pictures are all mixed up those are marines pictured in Tet you can tell by their flak jackets they still had M-14s in 68 too. We (101st) had M-16s by then. We were in and around Hue during Tet. I was a demo specialist in C company 2nd platoon 326 combat engineers.We were doing mine sweeps,demo missions and disarming booby traps.

@Anthony101stAirborne ye true words, but take a look at "Operation Market Garden"
the 101st Airborne Division and few other Division fought against the XII. SS-Armeekorps division.but the 101st Airborne lost,fact. i think the SS was the best Army in the world, beside the Wehrmacht. but sad they fought for the wrong side -.-
but i am glad that we fight today together.
America has the men power and Germany the Technology, we are the best Allies ever
