  • wow slow it down! its supposed to way slower!

  • I wished I could play like you....but I think it is too "hasty". I used this Debussy composition, played by Tomita, to go with a poem of the Belgian poet Guido Gezelle. The music ads a lot to the atmosphere of the movie. The poet is about the circle of life. (the fallen leaves are not los)

  • I think you need to watch your dynamics, a hell of a lot...

  • I think you need to be a little more relaxed on the hand. So it's flowing, you know Debussy. He is all about expressions!

  • the essense of this debussy piece is to capture a man who is struggling to make his way across a snowy field. You need to capture the intensity and emotions in this piece, the end of the piece is the death of the man and i didn't see that come through in the musc.

It was technically excellent except for a few pedalling issues at the start.

  • I think you played it too fast and you can try too put more rubato into it also.

By the way when is your grade 8 piano exam??
