Stephanie Ragusa, a former teacher, gets a sentence of 10 years in prison for sexing two of her male students. This reminds me of a similar case involving Debra Lafave who only got 10 years of house arrest for the same crime. Although ladies committed these crimes, are these sentences too light?

    Even if it's a kid. The fact that he willingly had sex with whoever he wanted, doesn't mean people should say he was raped. IF HE HAD SEX WILLINGLY! And in most cases, that's what happens. We've all been young before and had our urges. Even while your parents are looking at you aww what a cute little child. Inside your head, you're already comming up with perverted ideas. You can't say no.

    If not raped,boys should have charges too,because though they were under age,they still could understand a situation and old enough to think right way.

    If i was the judge i would of had arrested the 2 kids and gave them 10 years in jail each, for telling the police.

    home arrest for the 2 teachers for 10 years. And i would sing up for tutoring with them. ;)

    I do understand where u coming from brother but it wouldn't be life in prison but it would be a longer time & I do believe those boys should have some charges as well not as the adult in this situation but charges so they could learn a lesson
