Holland is all screwed up mate,a 16 year old kid can buy all the drugs he wants legally,but a genuine collector/reenactor can not own any real/deactivated or even plastic weapons or the cops can charge you with being a terrorist! Thats why I spend so much time in France and Belgium,they are much more sensible!

Does the Mosin 38 have its original stock? If it does, it is worth some bucks. A lot of Mosin 38's have a m44 stock on them from Russian refurbishing. (m44 stock has a little cutout for where the bayonet goes)
