This story is AU (Alternate Universe). What if after the episode Power, Clark decides to propose to Lana (lets pretend her powersuit is not an issue) but in doing so, he will miss out on his future with Lois. Jor-El knows this, but Clark does not. In order to make sure Clark is postive about his choice to marry Lana, Jor-el decides to show Clark what life would have been like had he chosen Lois - his other heart's desire.
Clark is shown his past and present with Lana, while seeing glimpses of his possible future with Lois. When the visions finish, Clark gains confidence that Lois is the one he wants to spend his life with. He decides to break-up with Lana and tell Lois he's sure about his feelings for her. They begin their life - together.

Nice video but I like the way Smallville did it. Clois fans get their endgame but at the same time Clana fans don't feel let down because Clark never leaves Lana for Lois.
