Hi teach:
I just started teaching kindergarten and elementary level kids here in Taiwan. What kinds of classroom managements or punishments do you use? Suggestions you may have?

Are you teaching part time or full time? As in are you the main teacher or just there occasionaly because that will make a very big difference in how you can manage the class. You also have to factor in cultural differences becasue there are some things I can do in japan that I cannot do in Canada and vice versa.

Thanks for getting back so soon. I have ---
5 - 1/2 hour kinder classes.
1 - 1 hour kinder class.
2 - 2 hours bohsiban / language school 8-11 years old.
1 - 2 hours elementary younger kids.
120 kids in 3 different schools and I have a hard time remembering their names, I really like to write their names on their foreheads..Just Kidding.
Thanks,
Martin

Ok... this will need a video response. Give me a few days to get one together and you will get to hear what I have to say on the subject. Just what is bohsiban?
