Thank God for correct thinking and rightly informed people like Tony Katz. Our Federal Government is encouraging this egregious "divide" in our country to distract us from their looting of our taxes and probably the corrupt involvement with drug trading with Mexican Cartels.

His closing argument suggests that perhaps Senor Guiterrez should investigate La Raza (which I am sure he is well aware). This guy is using all the typical emotional lies and evading the issue.

Tony, keep being a voice of reason ! BTW good to meet you the other day @ the New Year's Party ! Why have a Constitution if we are not going to enforce it....As a HS teacher in LA, I have no problems teaching all students who are enrolled in my class. I only hope that all of them are in the country legally as they are getting all of the same services as the kids who are in my severely overcrowded class legally!

Look how far the invasion has progressed, when you have spokespersons with names you can't pronounce, working for organizations with names you can't pronounce. They have no desire to 'integrate' into American society and culture. They go right on speaking Spanish. The 'racial profiling' argument is a diversion from the real issue. The Southwest is under assault by way of an organized, long term take-over campaign from Mexico. They are 'playing' the American system.

A US State can only be sued in the US Supreme Court.

"In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction."

Article 4 Section 4:

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”

Paraphrasing: "Arizona and every state in the Union, is responsible to every state in the Union, for securing our Union against INVASION and DOMESTIC VIOLENCE."
