for someone who is scared shitless to perform in front of the crowd ..... he did an amazingly awesome performance of a very hard song .... and i give him all the credit he deserves ...well done :)
-
he is literally Dave from Gavin and Stacey
-
He's one of us.

My goodness it was just as the hairs stood up on the neck, taken in given the respective it was the first time he sang in front of an audience, it was extremely well done. Respect from here

@TheTradge agreed

@TheMajinTrunks Oh of course, when i say better I mean in my opinion. I think they both sing certain songs 'better' but overall both very talented individuals. I'm excited to see Ramin Karimloo's take on Valjean. If anyone can follow Alfie Boe at the Queens Theatre, its Ramin.

@AtheistAutopsy and even at the end of the day you really can't compare the two. This type of music is a lot about interpretation and the 2 men have VERY different approaches to the same character. As Colm is raw emotion, Alfie is calm and stoic. It really comes down to what moves you. I prefer Alfie.

@TheTradge Oh alfies is better, My point is that colm sings it better than this pillock. Colms version is the original and the song was written for him, so he is going to to have an advantage. But Alfies is awesome.
-
@AtheistAutopsy Oh good gosh no, his version doesn't have ANY of the passion that Boe's has, don't like it anywhere near as much!
-
@TheTradge Also, Colm Wilkinsons version.
he delivered a pizza to my house yesterday OMG!

i saw jamie live at Blackpool Grand Theatre and must say he was incredible, sang two songs and you could hear a pin drop, to see him live nearly 3 years down the road from BGT was an absolute honour and let me tell you the world as not heard the last of this incredibly talented man
