@alextse4 Very late reply: Somebody probably said this already, but anyway, the "long and short staff" is called "threshing flail" or just "flail" in English. Nice video, btw.

Excellent.....what a beautiful set and performance. You can tell this is Wu Shu....but not like nowadays, where there's a whole bunch of flips, cartwheels and twists in the air. This form still retain the traditional principles.....for fighting.

sorry it is normal speed, I toke this film myself over 20 years ago. they are really fast.

this wasnt the 60's....the film quality says its around the beginning of the 20th century.....JESUS!!!!!

I took this film myself by 197? in hong Kong.I am not too sure the exact year.
