  • sorry it is normal speed, I toke this film myself over 20 years ago. they are really fast.

  • @alextse4 Very late reply: Somebody probably said this already, but anyway, the "long and short staff" is called "threshing flail" or just "flail" in English. Nice video, btw.

  • Excellent.....what a beautiful set and performance. You can tell this is Wu Shu....but not like nowadays, where there's a whole bunch of flips, cartwheels and twists in the air. This form still retain the traditional principles.....for fighting.
