  • Greetings. I'we practiced 2-handed handstand for almost 2 years. My record on 2-handed handstand is 1,40 min., so i would say i got a decent handstand. I do not really know how to get better to the 1-handed handstand? I just can't see to find the balance... I see your very flexibel, does that do a lot, or is it just a bonus ?

  • @jrk987 I can't remember..Not alot though. Just enough to to give your shoulders a nice little work out bending the arms to much.
