We have the same practice in Martinique, it has been transmitted orally by the Africans from a generation to another since they were living in Africa until nowadays. It's also called: "jan cou lib".

Under different circumstances a good wack to the hand followed by going 'nuts' on him would be appropriate but this is merely flow sparring... I must be pretty popular in Sweden? Thanx for the comment.
