Clean out the pump. Sometimes small stones get stuck within the Armature/magnet.

@GuySolar I bought the 12v solar pump after viewing this video a few months ago at the web site you have. I think it messed up in one week after putting in the dirtier water. I ordered one more just to give the product and company one more chance and because they cost 15 dollars now. It has worked for a few weeks. A leaf did get stuck in the blades but it is still working. I think I might have gotten a used one the first time because it had some glue and the second one didn't.
