There are a lot of people complaining about us not coming directly to their area. Let us explain. We are taking this interstate route from NC to CA because we are actually moving temporarily to CA for a project we're working on. This road trip isn't something we decided to do in order to make videos....we actually HAVE to move, so we're making the most of our trip by stopping along the way so you guys can come out and meet us. The reason we're not stopping at every town, or getting off the interstate and going to big cities along the way, is because we have to get to LA at a certain time.

Why rest stops and welcome centers? Because we'll be driving a big moving truck that is towing a van, and that makes it very difficult for us to get on and off the interstate and find a place to park. Rest stops and welcome centers make it really easy for us to stop, park, get out and spend some time with Mythical Beasts, then get right back on the interstate.

The idea is that truly Mythical Beasts will make longer drives to meet us at one of the meet-up points. Or you can just stay at home and complain that we're not coming directly to your front door. We look forward to meeting the committed Mythical Beasts out there!
