One of the hit songs from the album TABLE FOR TEN.
The original version of this song was entitled PARASITIKO ("parasite"); composed by the two Founding Members of SKABECHE (NOEL C. SALONGA & Daniel "Bong" QUINTERO JR.) with their Punk/Ska Band VOMITING-7 [Circa 1994]....
PARASITIKO was never recorded.
Fast-Forward to 2005 when the song was released as one of the songs from the album ISLAND RIDDIMS (the 1st Ska & Reggae Compilation distributed nationwide) with the new title LAMOK.
'Twas 2008 when the group decided to include the new version of LAMOK in their debut album TABLE FOR TEN.
