The title is misleading. It hasn't won any awards and certainly is not the best.

You use a smooth surface nonstick pan. Cooking with that material results in terrible food.

The lack of nucleation points makes for gray, bland meat. You must use a real cast iron paan to achieve maximum flavor. No real chef uses that cheap nonstick trash.

More importantly, chili has no beans. What you are making is a bean stew - not chili.

Looks too watered down. I like thick chili, not beef and bean tomato soup. I'd never add Corona to anything. Just like cooking with wine - if it's not something you'd drink, you shouldn't cook with it either. Okay, say it with me hear..."Chipotle"...chi-pote-l­ay. Good stuff and always have a can around.
