  • How do you synchronise your breathing? Every steps is a continuation of the last. It does not stop to think.

  • @soul1849 Exactly. Therefor breathe naturally. As Beginner there is a guide when to breath in and out. But later just let it flow. Don't force it.

  • @soul1849 There are 3 type of movements linked to the breath. With up and down movement like in #1 opening or #4 separating the clouds, breath in as you go up and out as you go down. For Left and right movement like in the #3 Painting a Rainbow or #10 cloud hand, breath in when going to the left and out when going to the right. With Front and back movement like in #9 pushing palm or #13 Dove spread wings Inhale as you move back/towards the body and exhale as you push out or front. Enjoy :o)
