COMPLICATED. THE SIMPLER DESIGNS WORK AS WELL.

@McDeeViouz With plenty of experience with these types of traps, I can assure that the only douche here is you, McDeeViouz. The attractant will "attract" the flies, getting them away from wherever you don't want them (the house, the barn, etc.). The captured flies can be used as fertilizer, chicken feed, etc. Not only are these incredibly effective, but even necessary when you have a large fly problem near your garden/house/livestock. If you had any actual EXPERIENCE you would know that.

i came home to find my empty mc donalds orange juice cup with 14 flies trapped inside! i think they crawled down the straw and got trapped inside like this guys flies
. nice concept it definitely works.

Proving again that man is smarter than the fly.
-
Can't they get out the same way they get in?
-
and what the hell is that you are using for attractor bait? was that a dead bird?
-
when you took it off and put it on the ground why didn't they fly out those stupid flies
It sounds like you have made some improvements to it, nice, thanks for your comments.

This comment has received too many negative votes show
Attracting flies with "bait" kinda defeats the object of "getting RID of the flies", without the bait, you wouldnt get no more than a few...Douche!!

@McDeeViouz you have a good point but if you can put the fly trap at least somewhat away from where you are most of the time and you maintain the fly trap you can cut down on the fly population to a very low level.
