you want a good legs workout , load up a bar bell or some dumbells and squat
Even lunge walk, Walk a few meters and walk back in lunges.
dont have any weights fine! you can still squat but make it explosive movements, Try and had a hop maybe, You can even hop up one stair go back down hop up 2 stairs go back down , Best of luck to you

does anyone know what would happen if a heavier guy would be rowing on a machine that has a smaller max user weight?say 10kg above the max weight

If I hit my biceps and triceps hard in one workout weekly and then use the rowing machine say 4 times a week, will this over train my arms??
