Well they're more of an indie band, and since I'm pretty sure they're in Europe, their only copyright/patent is only in Europe, plus the fact that Outback is a large corporation, and they're just a small indie band, if they tried to sue, they wouldn't win, and maybe even get counter-sued and lose...
