  • I reckon mid controls give you better balance and control through the twisties and on a long ride they are good cause you have your legs under you which helps get some weight off the base of your spine.Put on highway pegs so you can stretch out from time to time.

  • Where can i get those gas caps?

  • @mixerman226 HOLY $HIT! The kit only costs $350.00 and it only takes and hour to put them on!

  • @rentatrip1 this must be your first Harley? Forward controls balance just fine.

  • @stakx2002 $2,000.00? HOLY $HIT! The kit only costs $350.00 and it only takes and hour to put them on!

  • ..peccato per il motore bianco....sembra di plastica!!!!!!!!!

  • unless you are over 6'4" tall do not get foreward controls- just get highway "pegs" I change gears while boots are forward - using my "HEEL" against the shifter- simple sweet easy- no mess- besides if you are on a hill or have a passenger the forward controls are shit for balance- while feet are down-

Keep center controls just use highway pegs

  • @mixerman226

2000 is way too much to add forward controls. Why don't you put them on yourself. Its a simple bolt on installation,

  • Sweet bike, I wish I could afford forward controls on my Dyna low ryder.

Labor intense only $ 2000.00 to add them.

At least the highway pegs are there for comfort.

Be safe, and enjoy that bike !!

  • Don't you hate when they don't reply? I like this bike too and think the black slip ons add a nice visual touch to the two tone black paint and chrome theme to this Bob. I like the derby covers too. I would add a wind screen, passenger seat, rack and some leather bags.
