How to use the DMR (offline practice)

So you want to know how to use the DMR?
Can't seem to kill or hit anything?
Firing too fast?
Why so many questions?

Here is a little training round of firefight against a wave of elites minors (or brutes) to warm up your aim before you go online, or if you just want to practice your no scoping ability.

Basically set the waves to spawn only elites minors (or brutes) and turn the weapon damage to 110% to be able to kill them in 5 shots. ( Or you can leave this at 100% for the 6 shot kill)

Played on normal, cos the video would be hours long if it was on legendary.

This isn't really practice or anything bit it's just a tip

When you use an AR don't spray with it

Instead tap RT button

When you hold the RT button down your cross hairs will expand and your bullets will spread

Cool vid. You should play more often though. See you haven't played since 1.31.2011. I feel this is a waste of a good player (nice K/D). Anway, I'd like to make a suggestion on improving this exercise; instead of just setting all waves to Elites, set them to Heretics instead. These are Elites carrying human weapons (AR, Magnum etc.) If you choose Heretic Snipers you'll also get blue Elites wielding DMRs and orange guys wielding Snipers. It's a more realistic way of practising for Matchmaking.

@llTR1BALll yeh someone did mention this aswell when I first uploaded the video so I tried it, and I'll admit that its excellent practice.

I wouldn't say I was a good player by any means lol

I played Halo 2 alot before I got into PC gaming and loved the BR, although I feel that the DMR is pretty under rated
