Once again great video...next time add some green scallions..makes a great contrast with the yellow curry and red tomatoes....i too like to add potatoes to the mix...my wife and kids like me to add coconut milk to it ..but that is the south-east asian style of curry ..so it depends on my mood...i also like to suck on the bones..(old habit) so i use whole chicken...thank you for taking the time and effort to post..
