  • Does the mag shake back and forth like that or am I just seeing things?

  • @Travis94ZX not just the whole mag shakes back and forth, but the entire gun yaws and what you are seeing is the magazine shake with the gun. It looks like the mag is moving more because its long and sticks out the bottom of the firearm vertically. The firearm yaws naturally in because the bullet is being forced down the barrel through spiral rifling, and the bolt twists to come out of the locking lugs. You can really see it in high speed video - even semi autos do this, just 1 shot at a time

  • PING! Wait, no? That doesn't happen with this model?

    crap.

  • in my personal opinion the m2 carabine is better than a m14....

  • i had not idea the M2 went full auto

  • @oldsrocketscientist I can see it! It's like the entire weapon is made of rubber or something similar!

  • @CanadianGuerrilla yep! strictly my personal opinion only. If i had to choose a gun based on the ammo it would be the 30. I just do not like the conversion to full auto on the 30, it could have been designed much better. i shoot a submachinegun match occasionally, and from a shooting standpoint, the sten is much easier to control on full automatic because it has a lower rate of fire which means more hits and less ammo waste. in the reliability dept. the sten has less moving parts to break.

  • @oldsrocketscientist

Fair enough. Both have got their pros and cons. The Sten would be more accurate and probably a little more reliable, but I bet that .30 punch really meant something on raids and if the Chinese got inside the wire. Of course, the 81mm mortar was used more for the latter. Anyways, to each his own eh?

  • Sweet little thing.

  • Did anyone notice that the magazine is not that tightly at place.
